Service Service is recruiting for experienced Gas Service & Breakdown Engineers to join a well-established organisation covering multiple areas across East Anglia.
This is a field-based role carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs on domestic heating systems. You will work independently across a range of properties, managing both planned and reactive work while providing a professional service to customers.
Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain and repair domestic heating systems

Diagnose faults and carry out effective first-time fixes

Complete safety checks, certification and accurate documentation

Provide excellent customer service during every visit

Participate in an on-call rota for emergency repairs

Manage vehicle stock, materials and equipment
-
Work safely and in line with Gas Safe and company procedures
About You
-
Proven experience in domestic gas servicing, maintenance and breakdowns

Current ACS and relevant domestic gas qualifications

CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, MET1, HWSS1 and CMDDA1
-
Water Regulations (WREG) qualification

Full UK driving licence

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Good communication and customer service skills

Able to work independently and manage your own workload
