£38,000 Basic Salary | Up to £55,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day running of the workshop.

Allocating work efficiently to technicians based on skill level and workshop demands.

Monitoring workshop productivity and ensuring deadlines are met.

Supporting, coaching and motivating the workshop team.

Maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety, and manufacturer compliance.

Liaising with the Service Department to ensure customers are kept informed of repair progress.

Assisting with technical queries and ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standard.
The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Workshop Supervisor or Senior Technician within the motor trade.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Excellent technical knowledge with strong diagnostic understanding.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive and customer-focused approach.

Full UK driving licence.
