Salary: £17.00 per hour + £125 Monthly Attendance Bonus + Overtime Available
Pin Point Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading print manufacturing company in Peterborough to recruit an experienced Lithographic Printer to join their production team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business operating modern Heidelberg lithographic printing equipment in a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment.
As a Lithographic Printer, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a 4 Colour Heidelberg Lithographic Printing Press, ensuring all work is produced to the highest quality standards while maintaining efficient production and minimising waste.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain a 4 Colour Heidelberg Lithographic Printing Press.

Produce high-quality printed work, maintaining colour consistency and accurate registration throughout production.

Carry out routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep the press running efficiently.

Monitor production to minimise waste and reduce downtime.

Complete production records and quality documentation accurately.

Work closely with colleagues across production and finishing departments to meet customer deadlines.

Follow all company health and safety procedures at all times.
Shift Pattern
Working 12-hour shifts on a two-week rotating pattern:
What We're Looking For

Previous experience operating Heidelberg lithographic printing presses or similar equipment.

Strong understanding of lithographic printing processes.

Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
