Responsibilities

Lead commercial dilapidations instructions from strategy to settlement

Grow the specialist service line through business development and client management

Deliver fee targets while maintaining profitability and technical standards

Improve quality control, templates, and service delivery processes

Mentor surveyors and support wider Building Surveying consultancy services
Requirements

MRICS qualified

Relevant degree or equivalent qualification

Strong Building Surveying background

Specialist commercial dilapidations consultancy experience

Proven client development, commercial management, and technical leadership capability
Salary & Package

£100,000–£110,000 salary

£7,700 car allowance

20% over-target bonus
