I am looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to provide the full Occupational Health remit, including consultation, advice, education, medical assessments, and D&A testing where appropriate.
The role involves conducting case management appointments, assessing employee fitness for work, and issuing fitness certificates.
You will:

To provide expert case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice.

Provide professional, comprehensive and written reports

Provide expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice relating to OH

Provide fitness medicals and health surveillance that meet best practice requirements and in line with Health Partners’ policies and protocols

Evaluate the results of medicals and surveillance provided, and ensure that the correct advice in relation to fitness is communicated, escalating where clinically appropriate

Maintain valid and up-to-date registration with the NMC and comply with NMC guidelines in relation to professional issues, clinical supervision and continuous learning and development as a registered nurse

You should be proficient in the provision of: Spirometry, Audiometry, General Medicals, Case Management, Fitness for role assessment
What we are looking for:
Registered Nurse (Part 1), with a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Degree/Diploma.
Hours:
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
Location:
This is a hybrid role based at our client's site in Derby, you will be expected to work on-site three days a week whilst working the other two days at home.
