Fire & Security Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join a well-established and growing service team covering Worcestershire and surrounding areas. This is a field-based role where you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a variety of fire and security systems across commercial properties and public sector sites.

Fire & Security Role & Responsibilities

Service, maintain, fault-find and repair fire and security systems.

Work on Fire Alarms, CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Control systems.

Carry out small remedial works and system upgrades where required.

Cover Worcestershire and parts of Gloucestershire.

Provide professional on-site technical support to customers.

Complete accurate service reports, job sheets and related documentation.

Participate in a paid out-of-hours call-out rota.

Work across a range of commercial properties, including libraries and children's centres.

Deliver work in line with current industry standards and company procedures.
Fire & Security Skills & Experience
-
Previous experience servicing and maintaining fire and/or security systems.

Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Experience with one or more of the following, Fire Alarms, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control

Full UK driving licence.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

Industry qualifications or manufacturer training.

Experience working within commercial environments.
