We're looking for a Workday HCM Consultant to support the ongoing development, optimisation and support of a large-scale Workday environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Workday HCM experience who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, improving processes and delivering high-quality system solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Provide functional expertise across Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Organisations, Staffing Models, Compensation, Absence, Talent and Performance.

Support the configuration, enhancement and optimisation of Workday solutions.

Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests and system issues.

Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Facilitate workshops and support process improvement initiatives.

Assist with testing activities including system, integration and user acceptance testing.

Build strong relationships with HR, Payroll and wider business stakeholders.
Experience Required

Experience supporting, configuring or implementing Workday HCM.

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practice.

Experience working with Workday business processes, security and organisational structures.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Experience working within ERP, SaaS or enterprise application environments.

Exposure to Workday Payroll, integrations or reporting would be advantageous.
