Fabricator / Welder
We are recruiting for a Fabricator / Welder to work for our client who are located in York.
THE DUTIES:

Welding and fabricating components for heavy machinery

Mig Welding

General workshop duties
-
Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings and specifications to determine appropriate welding methods and techniques Inspect welded joints and completed work to ensure quality compliance and structural integrity

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with all health and safety protocols
-
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals, schedules, and deadlines
-
Assist with troubleshooting welding processes, techniques, and equipment issues as required

Operate power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:
THE HOURS:
Days : Monday – Thursday 7am – 3.30pm (12-minute unpaid break 10am & 30 Mins unpaid lunch at 1:30pm).
Friday 6am -2:30pm (12-minute unpaid break at 10am).
THE PAY:
You will earn an hourly rate of £16.50-£18
