The role of the Junior Designer – Fire Sprinkler Systems will involve:

Junior Designer position dealing with a high-quality range of fire rated sprinkler systems for commercial and residential projects

Prepare 2D AutoCAD designs in line with project specifications
-
Ensure that designs meet client requirements
-
Liaise regularly with architects, engineers, and contractors providing excellent customer service
-
Produce fabrication schedules and material summaries
-
Work closely with internal departments providing support and resolving queries
-
Ensure designs meet quality standards, building regulations, and H&S requirements
-
Attend design meetings as and when required
-
Dealing with projects ranging in value from £1k to £1m
The ideal applicant will be a Junior Designer – Fire Sprinkler Systems with:

Must have experience dealing with sprinkler systems
-
Will possess a related design qualification & be up to date with regulations
-
Ideally 2D/3D AutoCAD system experience
-
Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
-
Must be a hard worker that’s ready to get stuck in

High levels of organisation

Confident individual that can deal with any problems that occur on site

Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
