Role Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Estimator & Processor in Hatfield. This role is key to ensuring accurate quotations, efficient order processing, and an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to order confirmation.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for aluminium glazing products

Liaise directly with customers to handle enquiries, provide product guidance, and resolve queries

Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure correct product configuration

Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the sales process

Work closely with internal teams including production and sales to ensure smooth order fulfilment
-
Deliver exceptional customer service and expert product advice at all times
Requirements
-
Proven experience in a similar estimating/processing role within the glazing or fenestration industry

Strong working knowledge of Logikal processing software (essential)

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Good understanding of aluminium glazing products is highly desirable
