Job Summary:
Due to an increase in workload, Vital Human Resources are looking to expand our professional team of drivers for one of our major clients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced HIAB driver to handle deliveries across South Yorkshire & Humber.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, reliable, and trustworthy, with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Safely operate a HIAB-equipped HGV to deliver loads to sites across South Yorkshire & Humber

Secure and transport goods in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Liaise with site managers and site teams to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.

Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.

Maintain accurate delivery records and adhere to company procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:

HGV Class 2 Licence
-
ALLMI HIAB Licence (or equivalent qualification)

Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)

Minimum 1 year of experience driving a goods vehicle

Strong understanding of safe loading and unloading procedures

Good geographical knowledge of South Yorkshire & Humber region

Excellent communication and time management skills

PTS – Personal Track Safety (Desirable)
