Are you an experienced Site Agent looking to play a key role in delivering major power and transmission infrastructure?
Weโre working with a leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor delivering a large-scale underground cabling and substation project in North Scotland, and theyโre looking to strengthen their delivery team with an experienced Site Agent.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ
Youโll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Typical duties will include:

Managing civils works packages including earthworks, ducting, cable routes, and substation infrastructure

Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and plant
-
Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and budget
-
Driving high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance
-
Managing site documentation including RAMS, permits, and reporting
-
Liaising with project stakeholders including clients, engineers, and commercial teams

Youโll be working on a major infrastructure scheme involving:

Underground HV cable installation

Substation civils and associated infrastructure

Earthworks, drainage, and access construction

Working within a live energy environment

Proven experience as a Site Agent within civils / infrastructure

Experience on power, transmission, or major infrastructure projects (desirable)

Strong understanding of earthworks, ducting, drainage, and RC works

Experience managing teams and subcontractors on site

Good knowledge of H&S and quality procedures

Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree preferred)
