Position Overview:
We are seeking exceptional Early Years Practitioner’s to join our dedicated team in delivering outstanding early years provision, as defined by the Ofsted inspection framework. The successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and contribute to maintaining our high-quality provision across all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality of Education (Intent, Implementation, Impact)

Design and implement ambitious learning experiences aligned with the EYFS seven areas of learning

Deliver the curriculum in a sequenced way that builds on children's prior knowledge

Support children to develop their cultural capital through rich and varied experiences
-
Maintain detailed observations and assessments using Birth to 5 Matters guidance
-
Identify and support children with additional needs, working with the SENCO as required

Foster positive learning behaviours and self-regulation skills

Support children to become resilient, confident, and independent learners

Implement consistent behaviour management strategies aligned with the settings policies

- Essential Qualifications and Knowledge

Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent

Thorough understanding of:

Safeguarding and Welfare Requirements

Current DBS check (ideally)

Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
