Job Details:
Location: MK3 5JH, Bletchley
Rate: £17.00 per hour CIS
Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Paid: 8.5 hours per day
Duration: 2–3 weeks initially, with potential for further work

Duties will include:
Strip-out works
Light demolition
Removing fixtures, fittings and non-structural materials
General site clearance
Loading and removing waste
Assisting the strip-out team as required
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card – mandatory
Previous strip-out / light demolition experience
CCDO Card preferred but not essential
Full PPE
Reliable and able to work as part of a team
