A Secondary SEN School in Oxford is seeking a dedicated, patient, and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Teachers.
As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs.
Support students with their learning, communication, social development, and independence.
Adapt support to meet individual students' needs and learning styles.
Encourage students to participate positively in lessons and school activities.
Build positive, trusting relationships with students and provide consistent encouragement.We're looking for a SEN Learning Support Assistant who is:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
