Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, employee relations, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR documentation in line with company policies and employment legislation.
Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, delivering a professional and customer-focused service to employees and managers.
Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
Produce HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support business and HR decision-making.
Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and communication initiatives across the business.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline administration, and enhance the employee experience through digital solutions.
Support HR projects, system updates, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, HR policies, and audit requirements.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders while contributing to a collaborative, efficient, and high-performing HR team.
What You'll Bring:
Essential
Strong working knowledge of HRMS and digital business systems.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
Organised with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, including reporting and data analysis.
Ability to drive process improvements and adopt digital tools.
High level of discretion with sensitive information.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Proactive, committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
CIPD or Business Administration Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
Desirable
Experience in an HR department, shared services, or supporting HR systems projects.
Familiarity with GDPR, HR compliance, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
