As a pivotal member of the fleet support team, the successful individual will ensure the smooth operation of the fleet department, specialising in vehicle sales administration and lease support.

Complete all administration paperwork for fleet vehicle sales and leasing transactions
Maintain and update daily stock reports to ensure accurate data
Support vehicle registration processes, including ordering leasing packs and accessories
Liaise with the PDI centre to ensure vehicles are prepared to standard and on time
Ensure all vehicles sold are registered in compliance with regulations
Use internal spreadsheets for invoicing and financial record keeping
Communicate proactively with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless operations
Maintain high standards of administrative housekeeping and document organisation
Assist with allocation of vehicle registrations and related tasks
Support other fleet department activities to enhance overall efficiencyRequirements of a Sales Administrator:
Proven ability to work accurately under deadlines and targets
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Professional and confident communication, both internally and externally
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets and management systems
Proactive approach with a willingness to support wider team functions
