KEY DUTIES –

Assist with the installation, setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of smart technology solutions, including IoT devices, network equipment, tablets, sensors, hubs, and connected systems.

Provide first-line technical support by responding to customer queries, diagnosing issues, and resolving problems where possible, escalating more complex cases to senior team members.

Support customers with software updates, device connectivity, system integrations, and the effective use of smart technology platforms, including security, energy management, and automation systems.

Help maintain accurate records of technology assets, service activities, and technical documentation.

Work closely with experienced engineers to develop technical knowledge and practical skills across a variety of smart technology environments.

Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring support requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

Adhere to company procedures and health and safety requirements when working on customer sites.
