JOB PURPOSE
To manage all areas of the finishing department: Flatpack, Window Patch, Glue. To optimise production output for the finishing department through effective organisation, co-ordination and resource management. Striving for continual improvements in machine productivity and efficiency, waste reduction, product quality and customer service levels.
