Key Duties:

Support the day-to-day running of the team in pricing and organising shipments

Identify market trends and analyse rates

Prepare and maintain freight quotations in line with agreed pricing structures, commercial guidelines and customer requirements

Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure everyone is kept up to date
Previous Skills & Experience:

Must have prior experience and working knowledge of freight rates

Strong organisational and communication skills

Understanding of customer needs and customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
