Your responsibilities as Production Operative
Assemble construction products while maintaining required quality standards
Operate machinery safely and correctly as part of the manufacturing process
Shrink-wrap finished goods ready for storage or dispatch
Pack products carefully to protect quality and prevent damage
Complete manual handling tasks, including lifting heavier items where required
What we’re looking for in a Production Operative
A good level of physical fitness for prolonged periods of standing and manual handling
Ability to safely carry out regular heavy lifting
Your own suitable safety footwear
Ability to follow production, quality and safety procedures accurately
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 15:30.
