About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to work closely with our students on a 2:1 basis in Epsom, Esher and Woking
Key Responsibilities:

Play based learning

Provide 2:1 support to our students alongside a Lead Tutor.

Focus will be on communication, engagement, independence, social interaction and emotional regulation through motivating play-based activities.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with young people with SEND, particularly in a school or SEND setting.

Friendly, patient and calm demeanor, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage schedules effectively.

Ability to work flexibly and adapt to students needs and goals.
Essential:
- Previous work in education, particularly in SEND
Hours:
10 - 15 hours per week in term time only
Pay:
£25 per hour
