We're looking for a committed Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and diverse primary school in the BS11 area.
This is a full-time, long-term role supporting pupils across mainstream classrooms and within the school's dedicated behavioural support provision. The school is known for its inclusive approach, strong community values, and focus on helping every child thrive, whatever their starting point.
You'll be working closely with class teachers and pastoral staff to support pupils who need additional help with behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning.
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience supporting children with SEND, SEMH, or behavioural needs (preferred)
Can build positive relationships and remain calm under pressure
Is confident working both 1:1 and with small groups
Brings patience, resilience, and a positive attitude to the school day
