Site Administrator role in Tilbury Essex!
Location: Tilbury, Essex
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Package
Working Pattern: 5 Days Per Week On Site/Office
Driving Licence: Essential
We are currently looking for an organised and proactive Site Administrator to join a well-established construction company based on a project in Tilbury, Essex.
You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the site and project teams, helping ensure the smooth running of a busy construction project.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing general administrative support to the site and project teams.
Managing project documentation, correspondence and site records.
Maintaining filing systems and ensuring documentation is kept up to date.
Assisting with timesheets, site records and personnel information.
Coordinating meetings, diaries and site appointments.
Taking and distributing meeting minutes where required.
Processing invoices, purchase orders and other project paperwork.
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments.
Assisting with site inductions and maintaining relevant records.
Supporting document control duties where required.
Ensuring information is accurately recorded and distributed to the relevant teams.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an Administrator or Site Administrator position.
Previous construction, civil engineering or infrastructure experience is highly desirable.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently within a busy site environment.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to the location.
Able to work 5 days per week in Tilbury.
