The Role
As a key member of the team, you will be the first point of contact for customers and members of the public on email. You will ensure every interaction is handled professionally, accurately and with empathy while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Respond to customer enquiries on email
Process customer requests
Build positive relationships through outstanding customer service
Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a customer service/administration role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
A calm, empathetic and professional approach to customer interactions.
Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
The ability to follow established processes while using your initiative when appropriate.
An understanding of GDPR and handling confidential information.
Experience of working with databases or customer management systems would be advantageous but is not essential. What's on Offer
