Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for Night Shift Production Operatives, Machine Operatives and Manufacturing Operatives to join a successful manufacturing business based in Dunkeswell, near Honiton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for a night shift production role offering excellent rates of pay, full training and the opportunity to become permanent.
No previous manufacturing experience is essential, as full training will be provided.
What We Offer
£17.50 per hour.
£24.75 per hour overtime rate.
Monday to Thursday, 4pm-2am.
Every weekend off.
Full training provided.
Immediate starts available.

Key Responsibilities
Operating production and manufacturing machinery following full training.
Completing production tasks safely, accurately and efficiently.
Working to meet daily production targets.
Following company procedures and Health & Safety guidelines.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Working effectively as part of a busy production team.
Requirements
Previous machine operating, production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
A reliable and punctual approach to work.
Good attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to complete daytime training before moving onto the night shift, where required.
