An established and growing business within the retail sector is looking to recruit a confident and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Administrator to join its friendly team in Exeter.

The Role
As a Sales & Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting customers, handling sales enquiries, and providing essential administrative support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and occasional face-to-face interactions.
Manage inbound sales enquiries and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
Develop strong product knowledge to provide accurate advice and support.
Process orders, maintain records, and carry out general administrative duties.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience within a customer service, sales support, or administration role.
A confident, proactive, and positive approach to work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
The ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenges.
A natural ability to build relationships and provide first-class customer service.
