Accept Recruitment is currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our client, a busy and well-established warehouse operation, based in the Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire area.

Daily Duties:

Pick, check and pack orders accurately, ensuring they are ready for dispatch

Prepare products for dispatch and ensure orders are completed to the required standards

Receive, check and organise incoming stock

Ensure all products are labelled accurately and prepared for dispatch

Move stock around the warehouse as required

Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment at all times

Follow all company processes, quality standards and health & safety procedures

Work as part of a team to achieve daily warehouse targets
Requirements:

Previous picking and packing experience is essential

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable and committed to attending scheduled shifts

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting

Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Willing to learn and follow instructions

Flexibility to work the required shift pattern

Shift Options:
AM: 06:00 – 14:00 — £12.89 per hour
PM: 14:00 – 22:00 — £12.89 per hour
NTS: 22:00 – 06:00 — £13.53 per hour
Location: Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire
Pay Rate: £12.89 – £13.53 per hour, depending on shift
Hours: Various shifts available – AM, PM & NTS
