We Are Looking For:
Previous experience working as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, HLTA, or within an educational setting
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience (for HLTA roles)
A passion for supporting children's learning and development
Experience supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND, is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
Confidence supporting small groups, individual interventions, and classroom activities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
