RGSS's client, a leading maintenance provider, are looking for a reliable, "Hygiene Operative" to join their team across Carlisle and the surrounding areas.
Job Title: Hygiene Operative
Rate of Pay: £12.71 Per Hour
Contract: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
Shift Pattern: Friday and Monday (06:00 - 14:00), Saturday and Sunday (06:00 - 18:00)
Weekend bonus - £25 Sat and £25 Sun
Location: Pladis, 54 Church Street, Caldewgate, Carlisle, Cumbria, England, CA2 5TG
Role Responsibilities:
Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
What we're looking for:
Ability to communicate and read basic English
Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
Flexible and proactive approach to work
Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanou
