Position: Labourer
Location: Birmingham
Pay Rate: £16.88 per hour PAYE Umbrella / £14.25 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)
Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Labourer to join our team in Birmingham. This is a hands-on role that requires a reliable and hardworking individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a range of operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with general labouring and site duties.
Loading and unloading materials safely.
Moving materials and equipment around the workplace.
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
Supporting skilled operatives and production teams as required.
Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Carrying out manual handling tasks and general housekeeping duties.
Requirements
Essential
Previous experience in a labouring, manufacturing, warehouse, or construction environment.
Good level of physical fitness.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good awareness of health and safety procedures.
Desirable
Valid CSCS card (if applicable).
Experience working within an industrial or production environment.
Forklift or other relevant licences (advantageous but not essential).
