Sales Administrator / Sales Co-ordinator
Location: Southam
37.5 Hours per week
Salary: £25k to £27k per annum (Depending on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Administrator / Sales Co-ordinator to support our Client's growing sales team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build a long-term career in sales. Initially, the role will focus on sales administration, customer support, lead management and sales co-ordination activities. As experience, product knowledge and commercial skills develop, the successful candidate will have a clear progression path into a Sales Executive role.
We are looking for someone with great communication skills, strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to develop within a sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Administration

Provide administrative support to the sales team.

Prepare and issue customer quotations, proposals and sales documentation.

Process customer enquiries and ensure timely responses.

Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.

Update sales reports, customer databases and pipeline information.

Support the management of customer accounts and ongoing opportunities.

Assist with order processing and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Customer Service & Relationship Management

Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries (Website/Social Media/Phone)

Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers.

Ensure customer information is kept accurate and up to date.

Follow up quotations and customer enquiries to generate opportunities.

Assist the sales team in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Business Development Support

Research potential customers and market opportunities.

Identify and qualify new leads.

Book appointments for the sales team where appropriate.
Team Support

Work closely with sales, operations and management teams.

Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Support exhibitions, events and customer visits when required.
Skills & Experience
Essential

Previous experience in an administration, sales support, customer service or co-ordination role.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Confident verbal and written communication skills.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
