What You'll Be Doing
As part of a friendly and supportive team, you'll provide essential administrative and data management support, helping ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support across multiple projects
Accurately inputting and maintaining information within databases and internal systems
Organising meetings, booking rooms, and coordinating attendees
Preparing and sending correspondence and documentation
Updating reports and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
Taking notes and actions from team meetings
Managing electronic and paper filing systems
Supporting document management, photocopying, scanning and mail-outs
Handling confidential information in line with data protection requirements
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
Previous administration, office support, clerical or data entry experience
Strong attention to detail and excellent levels of accuracy
Good organisational and time-management skills
The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Teams
A proactive, positive and flexible approach to work
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Experience
Organising meetings and events
Taking meeting minutes or detailed notes
Maintaining databases or management information systems
