A Primary School in North Birmingham is looking for a School Receptionist. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4.00 pm to start as soon as possible and is a long term ongoing role.
Your new role
The School are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the school. As the first point of contact for parents, pupils, and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a friendly and efficient front office environment.The role will entail:hone and email enquiries
Maintaining accurate records and updating pupil data
Signing in visitors and ensuring safeguarding procedures are adhered too.
Liaising with parents and external agencies as required
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a high level of communication skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have an up to date DBS check, the school can't accept any applicants without this.
