Packing Operative – Dewsbury
We are currently recruiting for Packing Operatives to join our client, a busy packaging and manufacturing company based in Dewsbury.
Working as part of the production team, you will be involved in the packing and assembly of a range of high-quality packaging products. The role would suit someone who is practical, reliable and able to work accurately in a busy production environment.
The Role

Packing and assembling finished packaging products
-
Carrying out basic production and assembly tasks
-
Checking products for quality and ensuring they meet required standards

Following production instructions and customer specifications
-
Preparing completed products for dispatch
-
Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working area
-
Following company health and safety procedures at all times

Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
About You
-
Previous experience in a packing, production or manufacturing environment is desirable

Good attention to detail
-
Able to work at pace while maintaining accuracy and quality

Reliable and punctual
-
Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks

Good team-working skills
-
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous packaging experience would be advantageous but is not essential
