Enjoy a 6-week contract paying £24 per hour, working for an established social housing contractor across void properties in the Basingstoke area. This Multi Trade Operative role offers consistent work, with the majority of the workload focused on carpentry.
You’ll be working for a respected social housing contractor, completing repairs and maintenance to empty properties ready for new tenants. You’ll be expected to provide your own van and tools, giving you the flexibility to manage your workload effectively as a Multi Trade Operative.

As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:
Carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and maintenance
Completing basic plumbing works
Painting and decorating where required
Carrying out basic patch plastering
Completing general repairs within void social housing properties
Ensuring properties are completed to a good standard ready for new tenantsI’d love to speak to anyone who has:
Strong carpentry skills and experience
Experience across additional trades, ideally plumbing, painting and patch plastering
Previous experience working within social housing or domestic properties
Their own van and tools
