Our client, based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, is looking for a Part Time Invoicing Administrator to join their small team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and issuing customer invoices using the company's accounting software. Previous experience in a similar role is essential for the Part Time Invoicing Administrator role, along with excellent attention to detail and accuracy when processing invoices.
Job Description for the Part Time Invoicing Administrator role:
Prepare and send out customer invoices on a weekly basis and creating files to import into the accounting software
Maintain the customer portal to accurately reflect invoiced jobs, ensuring valuations are received in time for weekly invoice processing
Produce regular reports of outstanding and unpaid invoices
Ensure all customer and supplier records are accurate and kept up to date
Provide support to other areas of the business as and when required Candidate Requirements for the Part Time Invoicing Administrator role:
Must have at least 2 years of invoicing administration experience
Experience using accounting software, ideally Sage
Minimum of 5 GCSE grades A - C (including Maths and English)
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills Hours: 3 days per week over Monday-Friday 9:15 am - 2:45 pm or 2 long days (7.5 hours)
Salary: £12.80 - £13.46 per hour DOE
