We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a UK leading manufacturer at their top class site in Hixon, Staffordshire (ST18). These roles are long-term temp to perm opportunities.

Operate hand and air powered tools to complete assemblies and undertake fitting of completed parts to specifications

Working as part of a small production team to meet production deadlines for your stage

Ensuring all supplies, materials, and tools are available for your team

Quality checking assemblies and fittings

Comply with health and safety rules at all times
Assembly Operative person specification:

You must have your own car or motorbike due to the location of the work
-
Previous experience of using hand and air tools is preferable but not essential due to thorough on the job training processes.

A real keen attitude to learn new skills is a must, this company will invest time into your development from day one.

Good English level is required

Must be comfortable working in a busy production environment
