We're looking for a skilled Temporary Forklift Operative in the Crawley area to support one of our valued clients. This role is perfect for someone confident working in warehouse environment.
Main Responsibilities
Oversee daily Goods In, warehouse, stock and yard operations.
Check, receipt, label and store deliveries accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate stock records, transfers and pallet registers using Epicor 10.
Ensure safe and effective use of warehouse and high-bay storage areas.
Coordinate loading/unloading, forklift checks and vehicle movements.
Lead, support and monitor warehouse staff performance, attendance and conduct.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, Health & Safety, Fire and Welfare compliance.
Liaise with warehouse teams, managers, hauliers and logistics providers to maintain service levels.
Identify and implement improvements to warehouse efficiency, productivity and stock control.
Support training, development and continuous improvement within the warehouse team.Key Skills & Experience
Previous warehouse/logistics or goods-in experience.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Knowledge of stock control and warehouse systems; Epicor 10 desirable.
Good IT and Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet targets.
Good understanding of Health & Safety and workplace procedures.

Hours: 07:25 to 16:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 07:30 to 12:30 (Friday)
