This could be an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected St. James’s Place Senior Partner Practice, providing bespoke financial advice and services to a broad range of private clients, individuals, families and businesses.
You’ll become an important part of a friendly, collaborative team where everyone works together to deliver an exceptional level of service. This is a varied role in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

The Role -
As Practice Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Practice, colleagues and clients
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a varied range of administrative tasks to support the Practice and its clients

Collating and maintaining key information for reports and portfolio reviews
-
Handling client and provider enquiries and correspondence
-
Liaising with St. James’s Place administration teams and following up with clients to obtain information, applications and supporting documentation

Managing new business submissions, from submitting applications through to completion
-
Providing proactive support to colleagues and helping ensure client requirements are dealt with efficiently and accurately
About You -
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and capable Administrator who takes pride in providing excellent support and going the extra mile for colleagues and clients.
Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience in an administrative or office-support role within Financial Services, ideally within an SJP or IFA Practice

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong, professional client relationships

Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues, solve problems and think on your feet
-
Strong organisation, time-management and planning skills
-
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
-
Confidence communicating with colleagues, clients and third parties
-
The ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion

A proactive, positive approach and the willingness to learn and develop
