A successful and growing business is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join its operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to take ownership of daily warehouse activities, lead a motivated team, and help drive high standards across the warehouse operation.
Offering a salary of £32,000-£34,000 per annum based in Aylesbury.
Duties

Lead, motivate and support warehouse operatives to meet targets

Allocate workloads, monitor performance and lead daily briefings

Train, coach and guide warehouse staff

Support goods in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch

Ensure accurate stock receipt, recording and rotation within SAP
-
Maintain stock accuracy through checks and stock takes
-
Supervise order fulfilment, vehicle loading and timely dispatch
-
Resolve stock discrepancies, shortages and operational issues
-
Maintain housekeeping, health, safety, and compliance standards
-
Deputise for the Warehouse Manager when required
Experience
-
Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor role

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management processes

Experience using warehouse management systems, including SAP

Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills

Strong organisational and workload planning abilities
-
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-
Hands on approach with the ability to support operational activities when needed

Forklift licence and driving experience
