Cleaning Operative
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Pay frequency: Weekly
Hours: Flexible shifts between 07:00 and 20:00
Working days: The site operates 7 days a week, Monday to Friday
Availability: Minimum 3–5 days per week required
Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team

The successful candidate will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers, retailers and staff.

The role will involve both indoor and outdoor cleaning duties across the outlet.
Key Responsibilities
-
Clean and maintain communal areas, walkways and facilities to a high standard.

Clean toilets, washrooms and other customer facilities.
-
Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.

Clean floors, surfaces, glass and other areas as required.

Carry out regular cleaning throughout the day to maintain presentation standards.

Undertake outdoor cleaning, including:

Sweeping walkways and external areas.

Litter picking and emptying outdoor bins.
-
Keeping entrances, paths and customer areas clean and presentable.

Assisting with general outdoor housekeeping duties.

Follow all cleaning procedures, health and safety requirements and company standards.
-
Report any maintenance issues, hazards or damage to the appropriate manager.

Work as part of a team while also being able to complete tasks independently.
