As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will:
Provide individual and small group support to pupils who require additional assistance with their learning.
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Assist pupils with a range of learning, behavioural, and social needs to access the curriculum effectively.
Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement within the classroom.
Support pupils' emotional wellbeing, confidence, and independence.What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with children in a school, educational, or support setting.
A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to supporting pupils with varying needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
A genuine passion for education and supporting children's development.To Be Eligible, You Must:
Have the Right to Work in the UK.
Hold an enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the online update service, or be willing to obtain one.
