Family discount benefit What you'll be doing As a Care Assistant, you'll support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a good quality of life.
Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including:
Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with dignity and respect
Supporting with morning and evening routines, including getting up, ready for the day, or settled for the night
Preparing meals and drinks, and assisting with feeding where required
Carrying out light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying to maintain a safe environment
Offering companionship—having meaningful conversations, providing emotional support, and reducing loneliness
Administering or prompting medication in line with care plans
Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping trips, or social activities
Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes or concerns to the office team

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
