The Role:
As a Production Operative, you will play an important role in keeping the manufacturing process running smoothly. Working as part of a skilled team, your duties will include:
Operating production machinery including cutting, extrusion, and laminating equipment
Monitoring production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
Carrying out quality checks on finished products
Handling aluminium and steel composite materials safely
Completing basic machine checks and reporting any faults
Following strict health and safety procedures and wearing required PPE
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe production area
Working with colleagues to achieve daily production targetsShift Pattern:
4 days on / 4 days off
Rotating day and night shifts
5:45am/pm - 6:15pm/am
40.25 hours per week
Monday to Sunday working patternWhat We're Looking For:
A reliable and positive attitude
Willingness to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Good communication skills and enough English to understand safety procedures
