Pension Administrator - Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE) + Annual Bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (35-hour week with flexible start and finish times)
Location: Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid working available after training)
The Opportunity
We're partnering with a highly respected financial services organisation to recruit a Pension Administrator to join their friendly and experienced team based in Liverpool City Centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with pension administration experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. Working within a close-knit team, you'll manage a portfolio of pension clients from cradle to grave and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the client journey. You'll build strong relationships with clients, advisers, and third parties whilst delivering a high standard of service and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Candidates with experience in SIPP, SSAS, or Defined Contribution (DC) pension administration are particularly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a dedicated portfolio of SIPP pension clients from onboarding through to ongoing administration.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, financial advisers, and third-party providers.
Process pension transactions accurately and efficiently in line with regulatory requirements.
Administer SIPP investments and pension-related documentation.
Ensure all client records are maintained accurately and compliantly.
Liaise with HMRC, investment providers, solicitors, and advisers where required.
Monitor and progress cases through to completion, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Support team objectives and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of pension legislation, HMRC rules, and FCA requirements.
About You
Previous experience within Pension Administration is essential.
Experience administering SIPPs, SSAS, or Defined Contribution pensions is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of pension legislation, HMRC regulations, and FCA requirements.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A team player who enjoys working within a supportive and professional environment.
