Job Focus
Oversee daily operational aspects of the business
Conduct interviews, hire, and assist in training new employees
Coach, motivate, develop, and manage movers, drivers, and trainers
Conduct regular meetings with the operations teams
Coordinate employee scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch of moving crews
Audit paperwork to ensure compliance
Requirements
3+ years of experience in operations or logistics preferred
A minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisor or leadership role required
Must be at least 21 years or older
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to drive company vehicles, and ability to obtain a Medical Examiner’s Certificate
Experience with MS Office, cloud-based data storage, digital forms, and phone apps
