The starting payfor this role is $20 per hour for Customer Service Associate, or $21 per hour for Senior Customer Service Associate, plus opportunity for weekly bonus. There is no upper limit to what you can earn in this role as you expand your jewelry knowledge!
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction
Engage in face-to-face, email, and phone communications to endure seamless customer experiences for each and every guest
Operate as a cashier, handling transactions and assisting customers with payment plans, warranty information, and returns
Operational Excellence
Navigate front and back of house operations, including store greeter duties, basic quality control, inventory, and upholding merchandising standards
Cross-train in areas such as Care and Cleaning, virtual sales, merchandise transfers, and other vital tasks
Understand the functions of the shop, and assist with the flow of merchandise in and out of the jewelry shop to ensure customers receive their pieces in a timely manner

Qualifications:
Prior customer-facing experience is required; jewelry sales experience is not mandatory—we'll provide comprehensive training and ongoing learning opportunities!
Availability during evenings and weekends is a must, with the perk of being closed on 7 major holidays.
High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity.
Excellence in written and spoken English; effective communication is key.
Proficient in basic math and cash handling
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

The starting pay is $20/hr, plus opportunity for monthly bonus. The range describes the pay rate most candidates will be paid to start for this role in the state of Tennessee but does not describe the maximum potential for the pay in the role. The actual individual pay will be determined based on skills and qualifications for the role. The starting pay range for this same position may be lower or higher in other markets.
