The Veterinary Client Care Specialist provides the first impression and serves a vital role by assisting clients and their pets. This multifaceted position, team members use their problem-solving skills to effectively guide the clients experience through multi-tasking and superior customer service.
Veterinary Client Care Specialists have the opportunity to earn $14.00 to $16.00 per hour depending on experience.
Strategic Focus
Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
Participate in month team training courses
Assisting the veterinary team as needed
Maintain a professional, clean, and organized work environment
Tactical Focus
Greets clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner demonstrating poise and natural effort, quickly attending to client needs
Administrative duties such as medical record-keeping, process payments and schedule appointments
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution

Requirements
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school diploma
