Bridgeway is looking for a part-time School Based Therapist to support our Knoxville, IL school system to provide mental health counseling.
The School Based Therapist provides mental health counseling services by using a variety of therapeutic modalities to students identified by school personnel or by School Based Therapist with services developed from person-centered assessment and treatment planning. This position is located within the school system.

Collaborates with school, agency and community personnel to ensure appropriate goals and objectives.
Provides therapy/counseling services for Bridgeway/school consumers including individuals, family and group services consistent with person-centered plan.
Collects and maintains a variety of data in order to analyze in determining success of services and progress of school-based services.
Provides consultation and education to Bridgeway Staff, school personnel and members of the surrounding comminutes to promote a better understanding and acceptance of mental illness and the concept of recovery.
Our minimum requirements are Master's Degree/Graduate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Prior internship in counseling is preferred. Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is also preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon completion of all background checks.
